Who can take part
- You must be a woman age 18–60.
- You have GTN that is either ultra high-risk (very high score) and largely untreated, or high-risk that did not respond to prior chemo or has returned.
- You must match the study’s “chemo history” rules: no chemo/radiation for the ultra high-risk group, or at least two lines of combination chemo for the other group.
- You need an overall health/activity score of 0–1 (ECOG 0–1).
- Your pregnancy hormone test (hCG) must be elevated (at least 5 IU/L).
- You must have acceptable blood and organ test results (including blood counts, kidney/liver tests, and thyroid levels if applicable).
