Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy baseball pitcher
  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old
  • You should not have had surgery on your pitching arm
  • You should not have a musculoskeletal disease (a condition affecting muscles, bones, or joints)
  • You should not have a neuromuscular disease (a condition involving the nerves and muscles)
