This trial tests whether a new ultrasound method (speckle tracking) can measure soft tissue movement and strain to help guide physical therapy. It is looking for three groups: male pitchers, people with a foot tendon problem needing surgery, and people who had ACL knee surgery.

Who can take part
- You must be a male pitcher aged 18 to 35, with over 5 years of pitching experience and at least 200 pitches per week for Study 1.
- Or you must be between 20 and 65 years old with a diagnosis of grade II posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and recommended for surgery for Study 2.
- Or you must be between 18 and 45 years old, had ACL surgery on one knee using a hamstring tendon graft within the past 6 years, and be able to return to your pre-injury sports level for Study 3.
- You cannot have UCL tears, ligament tears, or other conditions that would prevent you from participating in the study.
