Who can take part
- You can sign informed consent voluntarily and are willing to follow study rules
- You are 18 to 75 years old, and your health/energy level is good (ECOG 0–1)
- You have advanced cancer that was confirmed by pathology (biopsy or lab test), and standard treatments are no longer working or you can’t take them
- You have a tumor spot that can be measured on scans (and certain prior radiation spots usually don’t count unless they clearly worsened or were proven by biopsy)
- You can provide stored or new tumor tissue for testing (usually within the past 2 years)
- Your blood counts, kidney and liver tests, clotting, and heart function are adequate for treatment
