Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to or is no longer helped by standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (fully active or able to do light work).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are working well enough.
- If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
