Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and can sign consent and follow study visits
- You have an advanced solid tumor that can’t be removed, and it has progressed or you couldn’t tolerate at least one standard treatment
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on scans that the study can track
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
- You have adequate blood counts and organ function for study treatment
- If you can become pregnant (or have a pregnant-capable partner), you agree to effective birth control during treatment and for 120 days after the last dose
