Who can take part

  • You must be a man age 18 or older and able to follow the study plan and visits
  • Your prostate cancer diagnosis must be confirmed by past biopsy/surgery results
  • Your PSA rise must meet specific criteria after finishing last treatment, and repeat PSA tests must show increase
  • Your scans must show no spread to distant organs on a PSMA PET scan
  • Your disease should be “slow enough” based on PSA timing and biopsy grade (ISUP under 4)
  • Certain blood, liver, kidney, and heart/lung health limits must be met on recent lab checks
