Who can take part
- You have castration-resistant prostate cancer (cancer still growing despite hormone therapy) after at least 3 lines of treatment.
- You can understand the study and follow the required visits, treatments, and scans while on the trial.
- Your expected lifespan is more than 3 months.
- You have at least one measurable spot of cancer on CT or MRI that can be checked again later.
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0 to 2) to do study activities and appointments.
- Recent blood tests show your bone marrow and organs are working well (enough blood counts, and acceptable liver, kidney, and clotting levels) within 14 days before starting.
