Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy (adenocarcinoma).
- Your cancer has spread to at least one place seen on CT scan or a bone scan.
- Your PSA blood test shows progression: at least two rises from its lowest point, and your PSA is at least 2 ng/mL (study has specific “intrinsic” vs “acquired” pathways).
- You must be able to get imaging that takes time while lying flat for at least 30 minutes.
- You must be able to consent for yourself, speak English, and not be incarcerated.
- Your overall health should suggest you can live at least 12 more months, and you must be able to follow study visit instructions.
