This study uses a special scan called PET/MR with a prostate-focused tracer to help doctors choose the best next treatment for prostate cancer. It may be most helpful if you are planning major treatment or if your cancer has come back after prior treatment.

Who can take part
- You must be an adult (18 years or older) and agree in writing to take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy (or you had confirmed prostate cancer before past treatment)
- For new/ongoing cases: you have a “moderate to high risk” prostate cancer planned for radical treatment
- For after-treatment cases: your PSA blood test suggests prostate cancer recurrence, and your doctors plan more treatment
- You need safe kidney function for the scan medicine (creatinine ≤ 1.5× normal upper limit and kidney clearance > 60 mL/min)
- You must be able to have the MRI safely (no MR-incompatible metal/implants) and you should not have severe claustrophobia
