Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign informed consent
  • Have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that cannot be fully removed with surgery and has progressed on standard treatment (or no standard options exist)
  • Be generally well enough for study treatment (ECOG performance score 0–1) and expect to live at least 3 months
  • If you can become pregnant or father a child, use highly reliable birth control during the study and for at least 90 days after the last dose
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (some previously treated brain areas may still qualify under strict conditions)
  • Have adequate blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) based on blood tests and heart scan
