Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to understand and follow study visits and instructions
- Have an ECOG performance score of 0–1 (you can still do most daily activities)
- Have advanced or metastatic solid tumors confirmed by lab tests, and they must be resistant to standard care or no standard care exists
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (or special rules apply for prostate cancer)
- Have enough blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) and a healthy enough heart pumping function
