Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to understand and follow study visits and instructions
  • Have an ECOG performance score of 0–1 (you can still do most daily activities)
  • Have advanced or metastatic solid tumors confirmed by lab tests, and they must be resistant to standard care or no standard care exists
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (or special rules apply for prostate cancer)
  • Have enough blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) and a healthy enough heart pumping function
