Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer is advanced and has not gotten better with standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have not had chemotherapy in the last 3 weeks, or other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks.
- You do not have untreated or active brain metastases.
- Your kidneys, liver, and bone marrow are working well enough based on blood tests.
- You agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for at least 12 weeks after your last dose.
