This study tests whether a community engagement program can improve support and well-being for teens (ages 10–18) living with epilepsy in Wakiso, Uganda. You and your caregiver will join program activities to share experiences and help the researchers understand what makes support work.

Who can take part
- Be 10 to 18 years old
- Live in Wakiso district, Uganda, and have lived there for the past 6 months
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of epilepsy (a doctor has identified it as epilepsy)
- Agree to take part by signing written teen assent, and have a caregiver who signs informed consent
- Be willing and able to join all required community program activities regularly
