Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and be able to sign consent for the study.
  • Your kidney cancer must be advanced or has spread (locally advanced or metastatic) and mainly be clear cell type.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Your daily functioning should be good (ECOG performance status 0–1).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver) must meet study lab thresholds.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and agree to provide tumor tissue for testing.
