- You are female and between 27 and 45 years old.
- You have never received an HPV vaccine dose before (checked in medical records/HPV registry).
- You can read and speak English or Spanish, and you can be reached by phone during the study.
- You have reliable birth control and plan to continue it through about month 13.
- You are not pregnant now and do not plan to become pregnant or donate eggs for the next 13 months.
- You can stay in the Galveston/Houston area for the next 13 months.
