Acceptance training for chronic PTSD symptoms

Who can take part

  • You can read and speak Polish, and are willing to complete Polish questionnaires
  • You agree to sign informed consent to join the research
  • Your current mental state is stable enough for reliable questionnaire completion
  • You meet the trial’s complex PTSD (cPTSD) diagnosis based on a questionnaire (ITQ)
  • You do not have ongoing alcohol/drug use problems or other conditions that affect thinking (like dementia or brain-related changes)
  • You do not have a documented intellectual disability that affects participation
