Who can take part
- You have a valid residence permit (N, F, B, or C status)
- You speak one of the study languages: Arabic, Farsi/Dari, Pashtu, Kurdish, Turkish, English, German, or French
- You are from Middle East, Northern Africa, or Sub-Saharan Africa
- You were already diagnosed with complex PTSD in the first part of this study
- You are not currently in another psychotherapy or facing serious issues like acute psychosis, suicide risk, or severe substance abuse
