Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are pregnant with one baby (or a twin pregnancy that became single before 14 weeks)
- You are between 23 weeks and 31 weeks plus 6 days pregnant when you join
- You agree to donate a blood sample and allow the study, without blocking it (non-opposition/consent)
- You must be in one of these groups: (1) threatened early delivery without pre-eclampsia, and no fever or inflammation in blood, or (2) severe pre-eclampsia diagnosed before 32 weeks
- You must be able to understand the study and give consent yourself, and you cannot be under legal protection
