Who can take part
- You’re an adult who is able to have a partial hip replacement (hemiarthroplasty)
- Your hip problem fits situations like arthritis, avascular necrosis, certain fractures, or revision of a prior partial hip replacement—where only the ball is replaced, not the socket
- Your clinician feels you have enough healthy bone to hold the implant in place
- You can and are willing to return for follow-up visits over time
- You (or a trusted helper) can sign consent for this specific study
- You do not currently have a serious bone or body infection (like sepsis, osteomyelitis, or active infection)
