Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have suspected or confirmed lung cancer (lung malignancy)
- Your doctor plans thoracic surgery (surgery in the chest for your lung condition)
- You are able and willing to sign informed consent and follow the study plan
- Your blood sugar is not too high on surgery day (must be 200 mg/dL or less)
- You are able to have the planned thoracic surgery safely (no major surgery contraindications)
