Who can take part
- You are 40 years old or older
- You agree to fill out questionnaires for the study
- You have had a cholesterol (lipid) blood test within the past 12 months
- You do not have a known history of major heart vessel disease (like a prior heart attack, blocked heart artery requiring treatment, stroke/TIA, or circulation problems in the legs needing procedures)
- You do not have another serious long-term illness expected to limit life to less than 12 months
