Who can take part

  • You’re age 12–17 and you have peanut allergy signs on testing
  • You must have had a supervised peanut allergy challenge or dose reaction in the specified way
  • If you have asthma, your breathing test must be in a safe range (FEV1 at least 80%)
  • You can swallow two empty capsules and you can do clinic visits and stool sample collection
  • If you’re a sexually active female who could get pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study
  • You (and your guardian) can agree to the study and to follow-up by phone/email for side effects
