Who can take part

  • You had colon or rectal cancer confirmed by pathology, and it is stage I or stage II.
  • Your blood test for MRD (ctDNA) was positive 7–21 days after surgery using the MinerVa MRD test.
  • You can do normal daily activities most of the time (ECOG 0–1).
  • You did not receive chemotherapy before surgery, and you were eligible for active surveillance afterward (no adjuvant chemo) based on standard practice/guidelines.
  • Your surgery samples are available for extra lab testing (molecular diagnostics).
