Who can take part
- You must be at least 5 years old to receive APG-115 alone, or at least 12 years old to receive the combination.
- Your cancer (neuroblastoma or another solid tumor) must have returned or not responded to usual treatments.
- You should be feeling fairly well physically (a score of 50 or higher on the Karnofsky/Lansky scale).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You must have tumors that can be measured on scans (for neuroblastoma, at least one 'target' lesion).
- You need to be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (fresh or stored) before starting treatment.
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
- You must be able to swallow the study pills.
