New drug combo for high-risk neuroblastoma

Who can take part

  • You must be 6 years old or older.
  • You must have a measurable tumor that can be seen on a scan.
  • It has been at least 4 weeks since your last cancer treatment, and any side effects have mostly gone away.
  • You are generally able to get up and care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You are not allergic to Eliglustat or any of the study drugs.
  • You do not have a serious active infection.
