Who can take part
- You/your child is 2 to under 18 years old at enrollment
- Weight is at least 6 kg at enrollment
- A planned allogeneic stem cell transplant (bone marrow, peripheral blood stem cells, or cord blood)
- You/your child has a positive CMV blood test (CMV IgG), or past proof of being CMV IgG positive is already documented in your records
- It must be possible to send a blood CMV PCR test and get results in the trial’s required timeframe
- Your child can take medicine by mouth (oral letermovir) and has healthy-enough kidney/liver function tests
