Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign informed consent
- Your prostate cancer is adenocarcinoma, and you don’t have small-cell or signet-ring prostate cancer (limited neuroendocrine features are allowed)
- Your cancer is new (diagnosed within the last 3 months)
- Imaging shows metastases in bone and/or other areas but NOT in organs like brain, liver, or lung—and there are 1 to 10 visible metastases total
- You start (or already started recently) apalutamide plus ADT, and you can continue close follow-up
