Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 79 years old.
- You have high-risk prostate cancer (Gleason score 8 or higher) that has spread to a few small spots on a PSMA PET scan, but not on regular scans.
- You are a candidate for surgery to remove the prostate and nearby lymph nodes.
- You have not had any prior hormone therapy or other treatment for prostate cancer.
