Who can take part
- Be 18–49 years old and live in Chicagoland, Illinois or Alabama
- Speak English and be able to use your own (not shared) cell phone
- Have missed an HIV care visit or not been virally suppressed within the past 24 months
- Agree to take part as the “index participant” and choose a support confidant
- The support confidant must be 18+ in English, have their own (not shared) cell phone, and not be your romantic/sexual partner
