Who can take part

  • Have bile duct cancer that cannot be fully removed or has spread (intrahepatic or extrahepatic).
  • Your tumor test must show an FGFR2 gene fusion or rearrangement.
  • You must have already tried at least one gemcitabine + platinum chemotherapy treatment.
  • Your scans must show the cancer got worse after the most recent treatment.
  • You must have measurable tumors on imaging and be able to do normal daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your body organs (blood, liver, kidneys) must be strong enough for treatment.
