Who can take part
- You’re an adult age 18 or older
- You have advanced, not fully removable cancer (liver cancer or bile duct/gallbladder cancer, depending on the study group)
- For liver cancer: your cancer got worse after prior first treatment that included an anti–PD-1 or anti–PD-L1 drug
- Your liver is working well enough for treatment (Child-Pugh A and blood test limits)
- You must be able and willing to provide a tumor biopsy sample (new or stored) within 90 days before starting
