Who can take part

  • You are able to care for yourself and do daily activities (Karnofsky score of 80 or higher).
  • You have liver cancer that has progressed in 1 to 5 spots (in up to 3 organs) after your first standard treatment (like bevacizumab plus atezolizumab or lenvatinib).
  • These progressive spots are suitable for radiation and each is no larger than 5 cm.
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh score 7 or lower).
  • Your blood counts and kidney function meet minimum levels (see your doctor for exact numbers).
  • You have not had radiation to the same spots before and no major side effects from first treatment.
