Who can take part
- You have high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer (FIGO stage III or IV).
- Your oncology team recommends starting chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant treatment).
- Recent tests show your kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and nervous system are functioning well enough for treatment.
- You have no serious active infection or uncontrolled medical problem within 4 weeks of starting; if you had COVID-19, you must be 14 days past symptoms or the positive test.
- You haven’t had IMNN-001 before, and you can stop tumor-related hormonal therapy at least 1 week before the first dose (hormone replacement is allowed).
- If you can become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test within 14 days, use effective birth control, and stop breastfeeding before starting.
