Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You had a brain tumor from childhood, or you have an IDH-mutant glioma diagnosed after age 18.
  • You finished tumor treatment at least 2 years ago (or at least 1 year ago if you have IDH-mutant glioma), unless your doctor says you can participate; you may be on maintenance IDH inhibitor medication.
  • You can get medical clearance for exercise, and if you have seizures, they must be well controlled (no generalized seizures in the last 6 months).
  • You do 60 minutes or less per week of moderate or vigorous structured exercise, and you do not smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes (vaping is allowed).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and confirm pregnancy status before starting; you must not be pregnant during the study.
