Who can take part

  • Be a woman older than 60 years
  • Have been diagnosed with endometrial (uterine), ovarian, cervical, or vulvar/vaginal cancer
  • Be currently on, or planning to start, cancer treatment that goes through the whole body (like chemotherapy or immunotherapy)
  • Be able and willing to do an exercise program, possibly with an exercise partner
  • Speak and understand English well enough for the program
