  • Your cancer is advanced or likely not curable, as your cancer doctor says
  • You can speak English well enough to take part
  • You can understand the study and agree by signing informed consent
  • You do not have mental health or thinking problems that would stop you from participating
  • You must be able to name up to 10 trusted network members
