Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lung cancer, colorectal cancer, blood cancer (hematological neoplasm), or melanoma within the last 12 months.
- You are expected to live at least 18 months.
- You can speak and read German well enough to fill out questionnaires and talk in interviews.
- You are being treated at one of the participating hospital oncology units.
- You have a caregiver (support person) who can join the study with you.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
