Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This Phase 2 study tests a “precision platform” approach—treatment before surgery—based on specific test results from your breast tumor. It may help determine whether the treatment plan works better for people with particular breast cancer subtypes and healthy organ function.

Who can take part

  • You have invasive breast cancer confirmed by biopsy, and it is stage T1–4 with either N1–3 or T2–4 with N0, and no distant spread (M0).
  • Your age is 18–70, and your general condition is fairly good (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your tumor has tested results for ER, PR, and HER2, and “triple-negative” subtyping is defined using specific markers from pathology images.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans (RECIST 1.1).
  • Your heart pumping strength is good (LVEF at least 55%), and your blood and liver/kidney tests are within required ranges.
  • You have not had prior chemo, hormone (endocrine) therapy, targeted therapy, or radiation for this breast cancer.

Study for advanced ER+ HER2− breast cancer after CDK4/6 therapy

This Phase 2 trial tests an investigational “SNF platform” treatment for advanced ER+ (estrogen-receptor positive) and HER2− breast cancer in people who already tried CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy. It may help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for cancers that have come back or spread.

NCT05638594Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant drug study for hormone- and HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial compares two combination treatment plans given before breast surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for ER-positive and HER2-positive stage II–III breast cancer. It aims to see which plan works better to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

NCT01042379Recruiting· Phase 2
Adaptive drug trial for newly diagnosed breast cancer

This study tests personalized, changing treatment plans (given before surgery) to find better options for your specific breast tumor. You may be asked for extra breast-tissue testing to help match you with the most suitable study drug(s).

NCT07618923Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Drug combination trial for early-stage hormone-sensitive breast cancer

This study tests whether combining two drugs (dalpiciclib and SHR-A1811) before surgery can shrink early-stage breast cancers that are hormone-sensitive and HER2-low. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes for patients with intermediate-to-high risk disease.

NCT05020860Recruiting· Phase 2
Study how early breast cancer responds on imaging and under a microscope

This Phase 2 study looks at how well early breast cancer shrinks with treatment and how that matches with what doctors find after surgery under the microscope. The goal is to learn better ways to predict and assess treatment success.
