  • You currently smoke cigarettes (at least 1 per day) most days for the past 6+ months
  • You use Epic MyChart or you’re willing to sign up
  • You have a smartphone that works with iOS or Android for remote monitoring
  • You can check an email daily and receive study mail at your address
  • You can speak and read English
