Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old.
- Your diagnosis is squamous cell cancer in the head and neck, confirmed by tissue testing (biopsy).
- Your cancer is locally advanced (stage T3–T4 or lymph nodes involved), with no spread to distant organs.
- Your body-function score (ECOG) is 0 or 1, meaning you can do most normal activities.
- You had induction chemotherapy plus immunotherapy first, then surgery; and you’re expected to live at least 6 months.
- Before joining, you cannot have had prior head-and-neck radiation; and you should have no major health problems that make treatment unsafe.
