Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to sign informed consent.
- Have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has worsened after standard treatment, or for which there is no good standard option.
- Be in a study group that matches your cancer type and prior treatments (the trial has different rules for different cancers).
- Agree to have a biopsy during screening and again during treatment (unless your cancer is in the brain/CNS).
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be tracked (with a few exceptions).
