Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumors (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery).
  • For the first part of the study, you must have tried all standard treatments and they no longer work or cause side effects you can't handle.
  • You have not been treated with drugs like orlotamab, enoblituzumab, or other B7-H3 targeted therapies before.
  • You do not have brain metastases that are causing symptoms or need treatment with steroids.
  • You have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you are fully active or able to do light work.
