Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older.
- Your cancer was confirmed by a pathology test as mesonephric or mesonephric-like gynecologic cancer (mixed types are allowed if this is what drives the cancer).
- Your cancer has measurable tumors and is either metastatic/persistent or has come back after prior treatment.
- You generally should not need any cancer medicines right before starting the study (you may have had prior treatments, just not right-up-to-enrollment).
- Your heart, blood counts, kidneys, liver, and other organ tests must meet required lab and heart rhythm ranges.
- You must be able to take pills by mouth and plan non-hormonal birth control during the trial and for 1 month after the last dose.
