Who can take part
- You have liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable), confirmed by scan or tissue/cell testing.
- At least one measurable tumor: the tumor size must meet the trial’s measurement rules (or an enlarged lymph node must meet size rules).
- Your total tumor size is at least 5 cm (from 1 tumor or a few tumors), and your cancer is BCLC stage C.
- You’re 18–75 years old, can do daily activities at ECOG 0–1, and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your liver function is Child-Pugh A or B, and your hepatitis B viral load is below 2000 IU/mL (if you have HBV).
- You have no major uncontrolled health problems (like serious heart disease or mental illness) and no severe allergy history; you must agree to the trial and follow the treatment plan.
