Study of lenvatinib, sintilimab, and DEB-TACE with or without HAIC for large liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common type of liver cancer.
  • Your largest liver tumor is bigger than 7 cm.
  • You have a portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT), which means the cancer has spread into the main blood vessel of the liver.
  • Your cancer came back after surgery or ablation (a procedure that destroys tumors with heat or cold).
  • You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself, and have adequate organ function.
  • You have not had certain previous treatments like TACE, HAIC, radiotherapy, or targeted drugs for liver cancer.
