Who can take part
- You are 70 years old or older.
- Your skin cancer type was confirmed as either squamous cell cancer (SCC) or basal cell cancer (BCC).
- You had surgery that removed the cancer completely or nearly completely (no clear leftover tumor).
- Your pathology report shows at least one “higher-risk” feature that makes recurrence more likely.
- You have no need for radiation to nearby lymph nodes and you have not had radiation to the same area before.
- You can attend follow-up visits and reliably take part during treatment and later check-ins (not severely affected by dementia), and you have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
