  • You have follow-up at a French cystic fibrosis care center (CRCM) linked to pediatric care
  • You agree to join and sign the consent (or your parent/guardian signs if you’re a minor)
  • You are not in a situation where you’re under legal protection (like conservatorship/guardian with control)
