Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have confirmed advanced HCC
- Your liver function is good enough for study medicine (Child-Pugh A, or B with score 7 or less), and you don’t have liver-related confusion
- Your cancer has measurable spots on CT or MRI that can be tracked over time
- You can have tumor biopsies (small tissue samples) during screening and while on treatment
- You have tried at least one standard systemic medicine for advanced HCC and either it didn’t work, you couldn’t tolerate it, or it was not safe for you
- Your blood counts and organ tests (kidneys, liver, and others) meet specific minimums
