Study to track pancreatic cancer treatment choices

Pancreatic Cancer Non-resectable

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This study looks at people with non-metastatic, difficult-to-operate pancreatic cancer to better understand how treatment is selected and adjusted at different stages. It may help by testing a “dynamic” approach to assessment over time, before and alongside planned treatment.

NCT06574620Recruiting
Studying tumor DNA and proteins in pancreatic cancer

This study is looking at genetic material and proteins from pancreatic tumors to understand how the cancer responds to treatment. It aims to help doctors choose the best therapies for patients with certain types of pancreatic cancer that can be removed surgically or that have not spread to other organs.

NCT05196334Recruiting
Testing pancreatic lab samples to guide future treatments

This study uses small pancreatic cancer samples grown in the lab to understand which treatments may work best for people with pancreatic cancer. It may help researchers better “profile” tumors so standard care can be matched to the most effective options.

NCT05794048Recruiting
Study of blood and tumor features in liver and pancreatic cancers

This trial looks at a patient’s “metabolic profile” (how the body’s chemicals are used) in people with certain liver and pancreatic tumors. It may help doctors better understand these cancers and improve how they are evaluated for treatment.

NCT07664891Recruiting
Metabolism and surroundings in pancreatic cancer

This study looks at how the metabolism of pancreatic cancer cells affects their surroundings. It uses a biopsy (removing a small sample of tissue from a tumor in the pancreas, liver, or lung) to learn more about the cancer and guide treatment.

NCT07765316Not yet recruiting
Blood study for newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer

This study looks at blood samples from people with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer to understand how the immune system responds. It may help find better ways to treat the disease in the future.

NCT04136132Recruiting
Pancreatic cancer patient database for research

This study collects medical and lab information from adults with pancreatic cancer to help researchers understand care and outcomes. You may be asked for follow-up visits and basic data, and it may be used to improve future treatments.
